Album & Scrapbook Glues are not construction strength adhesives but they are perfect for mounting photographs and newspaper clippings onto pages. All of these glues are acid-free.
Bookbinding & Repair Glues are construction strength adhesives. These should be used when making books and boxes. There are various types for different applications and their properties have been listed under each entry. They are acid-free and water soluble and in most cases, reversible.
Japanese Glues are starch based adhesives made from either rice or wheat. They are acid free and watersoluble. These can be used for construction, conservation and are of particular interest to chine collee artists.
The Animal Based Glues are traditional glues, very strong but not acid-free or water soluble. They are often used for leather repair work such as organ bellows and instrument cases.
