Oiled Manilla - Stencil Paper

This paper is a heavy weight Manilla paper which has been oiled. This makes it perfect for creating stencils as it strengthens the sheet allowing you to make very fine cuts and details. The oil also creates a barrier stopping paints and other media from running and blending in together.
